Bayliner Contessa Flybridge Dual motors and dual station with Trailer

We have purchased a new boat and need this one sold. We used it all last summer and had no issues. Twin inboard outboards with 305 v8 chevy, volvo penta engines and outdrives. The boat is pictured on the trailer and that is current. I took those pics today. The other pictures were taken in september of this year. I have a clear title for the boat. I do NOT have a title for the trailer. The trailer is free with the boat. Tires are dry/cracked and will need to be replaced for any regular use. There is no vin on trailer, it was a homemade unit from several other trailers. It holds the boat well. I hauled it about 60 miles to where it is stored now. Storage paid until march 2017. Inside boat is nice. Sleeps 6. 2 in front V berth. table lowers for 2 and sofa opposite dinette sleeps 2. everything works. Has a TV depth finder radio and a cabin stereo. The boat is winterized and being sold that way. I have no means or time to put it back in water for tests. As I have shown in pictures we were using it. I have more pictures of it under power. No soft spots in hull. Transom is fine. Dual helm. Lower helm cables for throttle and shift need replaced. We drive from flybridge. New canvas on both tops in 2015. Outdrives are volvo penta and work great. Stove, refridge, window a/c unit all work fine. Not a new boat but a nice cheap boat that you can enjoy as a weekend getaway. We spent every weekend out on it last year. Fuel holds 105 gallon. 70 gal lasted us all season. Fresh water is 30 gal. waste 30 gal. 6 gal hot water heater. Reserve is under $4000.00 for the whole package including some ropes, anchor with rope. Just add water! Located at a marina in Georgetown Md sold as is from that location. Must be paid in full at end of auction but need not be moved until march 1, 2017. A 250.00 non refundable deposit is due at end of auction via paypal. Balance due in cash within 7 days. I can give you a bill of sale for the trailer but that is all. Again I am selling you the boat and giving you the trailer.
