The boat in this auction was abandoned by its owner in the marina where it is currently located.The marina foreclosed the title of the boat for non payment of the bill.The marina is a high end well run marina located within the city of New York.The marina wants to sell the boat so that it will be removed from the marina.

This is an older boat but it is complete with engine and drive. There is no information regarding the engine and drive and bidders should not assume that they are in running condition.

The inspection of the boat itself did not show any structural damage. The entire boat and cockpit is fiberglass.

The boat is 26 feet overall and her brand name, BAYLINER, is well respected.

She is a great project boat and when put back into running condition, would make a wonderful family boat for a small investment.

BOATS ARE SOLD AS IS AND WHERE IS AND NOT SUBJECT TO INSPECTION

The buyer has 10 days to pick up the boat and it will be loaded at NO CHARGE onto a trailer or truck that is ready to receive the boat

After 10 days, there is a charge of $25 per day to store the boat. If the boat has not been picked up within 20 days of the end of the auction, the seller will cancel the sale and the payment will be forfeited. ALL DEPOSITS MUST BE MADE within 24 HOURS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION THROUGH PAYPAL. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN 48 HOURS THROUGH PAYPAL

The vessel has NYS title as represented by foreclosure paperwork. Should the buyer want a NYS registration it can be obtained for $250 through the marina. Buyers can also register the boat themselves using the NYS auctioneer foreclosure papers they will receive when they pick up the boat.
