Description

I'm selling my 1999 Boston Whaler Montauk with a F100 Yamaha four stroke outboard. I've always kept this boat in my garage since I've had it and it shows! This condition is very good, the gel coat is in great shape and shines like a new boat. There are however a few scratches/dings though, I'll post those pics below.
The outboard is a 2000 model year and runs flawlessly, it has always been maintained and all services kept up, always washed and motor flushed after use. The major service such as timing, plugs and thermostat was done less than 3 years ago, fluid was changed last summer, I've spent $1200 to have the mechanic change the oil pump last month. Ever since I've bought it I have never had any issues with this four stroke outboard, there are no hour meter on it though but my guess from my usage and the last owner's is that it is in the range of 450, which is very little for a 4 stroke, about 10% of it's life.
Trailer is a newer 2006 galvanized Sea Lion trailer with no rust. Tows great and easy to launch.
For shipping get quotes from Uship. I sold my other Montauk lake boat recently, read my feedback, everything I post is true, both good and bad and I also go out of my way to help arrange shipping to you.

A few notes I want to add since ebay won't let me edit the top description due to active bidding already.
There are 2 batteries inside the console, a charger, and a Perko switch. The lights, bilge pump and horn are controlled by switches on the console. The 100HP Yamaha is the max power for this classic Montauk, if it's trim correctly with a light load and flat water you'll see high 40's mph. The gas tank under the RPS is 24 gallons, this is a lot to hold for a really efficient 4 stroke. I normally don't fill it all the way up, just about half and this last for 3 trips on the water. I always use a fuel stabilizer and prefer StarTron over Stabil. Cheap insurance to keep the gas stable due to the ethanol in the gas.
OK here are more pics:

Stainless steel posts no cheap plastic here

No tears on this original Mills canvass.

The holes for the transducer wiring mounts covered.

This area was like this when I bought the boat years ago, it's just cosmetic defects.

superficial rust on the rim only, no rust on trailer frame

Above 2 pics show gel coat dings

Original Igloo cooler and cushion that goes fore of the console. It has seen better days

Inside the bow anchor storage area, it is clean!

Functional navigation lights

The Whaler at home, inside the garage.

All service records including the original bill of sale from 17 years ago. Manuals for boat, and motor as well as the advertisement for both. Whaler owner's bag to keep all records and spare key.

Wiring inside the console, no bird nest here.

Dual battery charger.

Buss bar mounted inside port console door.

View from aft console door.

Speedometer gauge is bad when I bought the boat, I didn't care for one b/c I had a GPS before it was stolen.

Tachometer does work, as well as switches for lights and bilge.

"Plug Caddy" to keep the plug so you won't loose it.

Capacity plate showing no sign of sun bleaching

I had a GPS head unit/fish finder mounted over these covered up screw holes before it was stolen. I hate thieves!

It is as clean as it looks!

Want to charge the batteries? Just plug in an extension cord.

Red light means it's charging, green is when it's full.

Bilge cover removed to show bilge pump and heat shrunk wiring. Clean!

Motor is (say it with me) clean! No rust anywhere.

Lift up the cowl partially and unplug this wire for the light mounted on top of the cowl before you remove it.
