Active cruising/liveaboard boat currently on a mooring in Hope Town,the Bahamas, waiting for its next owner and adventure. Our family of four lived on M/V "Rhumb Line" for the past 9 years and most recently took her on a cruise to South Florida and the Bahamas.
For a 36' boat, you can't beat the living space and comfort at anchor and under way. And you can't beat the price either! It's a lot of boat for your buck. Enjoy a sundowner on the spacious back deck while you contemplate your next destination!
Accommodations include two cabins, two heads, built-in dinette, galley with 4-burner propane stove and new fridge and freezer, large main cabin. Plenty of space to entertain!Everything works!
She is powered by twin 454 Mercruiser engines, which were both professionally rebuilt in 2017, less than 100 hours since rebuild. Both engines start reliably and run well. Only issue is some vibration in the starboard engine at certain RPMs (please contact for more information about this). Lots of updated systems including new A/C (2014), new fridge (2014), new bottom paint (2017), and continuous maintenance and pampering as needed over the past 9 years. She is a great boat that served our family well. Price reflects desire for a fast sale.
There are lots of extras we have not mentioned above: tools, spare parts, propane BBQ, a very old and sad RIB with an equally old and sad 9.9hp Evinrude outboard (both of which still do work however), 55lb Delta anchor, 100' of new chain (2017). There is a 135W solar panel and charge controller keeping the batteries topped off.
FYI: The boat is on a rental mooring in Hope Town on an active cruising permit which expires on June 30, 2018 at which point the boat will need to leave Bahamian waters or import and register the boat in the Bahamas (not expensive). The boat is registered in Florida, and we have a clear title to the boat.
