1992 Cobalt 255 CC Boat , with Trailer ( Project needs completion )

I have up for Auction a 1992 Cobalt 255 CC Project Boat 85% complete , with a Rebuilt 7.4 Liter Mercruiser ( never Fired ) Motor has been completely Rebuilt with new Pistons and ring, heads rebuil, new ca, new lifter, Double roller timing chai, new rockers and push-rods, Bore, new cam bearing, new bearing, new oil pum, new fuel pum, new water pum, new plugs - wires - cap - roto, all new water hose, new raw water pum, new oil lines ( all work professionally done , new marine starte, Engine needs Carburetorrebuil, needs batteries( Not included ) and cables installed . new oil filter and Oil, needs Distributorinstalle, engine is installed and bolted i, all new belt, new Power steering hoses .new fuel filter
Fuel tank was removed and flushed ou, installed with all new fuel line, new fuel filler hose and over flow hose .
Out drive was removed and all new bellows installe, new shift cabl, new tilt and trim sensor, has Stainless Steel Prop .
2 new bilge pump, new battery tray, new Tilt / trim Motor bracke, new exhaust flapper, I have all receipts .

Cabin headliner and upholstery complete ( needs removable bed cushions re covered , New LED light, Cabin has sink ( with new drain and drain hose ) cook top and small fridge .
Deck area has Solid floors ( no known issues ) all new marine plywood on removable panel, new carpe, front small panels re covere, 1 side panel recovere, needs 1 side panel complete, captains chair needs recovere, and rear bench seat needs recovere, has power lift for rear seat to access engine area . I have all Upholstery to complete minus the foa, Dash panels and steering wheel need recovered .
The boat haul is solid but could use a Good buffing and paint touch up on out drive .
Included is a 1992 Cobalt Tandemaxle Trailer with surge brakes ( Brakes work but need attention ) trailer Stop and Turn signals work ( no running lights - needs bulbs or wire repaired ) has new winch stra, Tires hold are and have tread ( unknown age ) has bearing buddies .
I have a clear Texas Title on Boat and Traile, Boat tagged until Aug 1, Trailer tagged until Aug 17

I will not shi, but will make myself available for your Shipping contractor to pickup from my location ( Whitesboro Texas 76273 ) Buyer responsible for all shipping payments and arrangements .
