Description

Up for sale today is a PRISTINE CONDITION 1993 Cobalt Boat model 198. It is 20 feet long. Only selling because we bought a bigger boat as our family is growing. This boat has 545 hours on it. It has the Mercruiser stern drive 5.0 V8. It is in excellent shape. Always stored on a covered lift or inside during the winter. The interior is pristine. The vinyl is all original and in beautiful shape. There is one small nick that has been repaired but it is hard to see. The outside has just as much shine on it as it did when it was brand new. Stainless steel propeller. Comes with a spare aluminum prop as well. Built-in cooler in the floor of the boat. Capacity is 10 people or is also based on weight.
Mechanically she is sound. Winterized professionally every year at Clear Lake Boats. Has brand new water pump 2 years ago. Carburetor was rebuilt professionally 2 years ago as well. Runs like a top. Dual batteries with switch. Too many new parts to list. If anything was broken or warn it is immediately replaced as I am a perfectionist.
Has a new Pioneer radio with USB input and line input. Also has a waterproof wired remote control on the drivers side for easy access and control of the radio. Has 4 new top of the line marine Alpine speakers. Speakers and head unit were over $1000 total.
Trailer is nothing special. It was purchased after we bought the boat. Was mainly used to pull from the water to fill with fuel, wash, store, etc. but would not hesitate to tow long distances. Tandem axle. Trailer is in good shape. Some minor surface rust over the fenders which is typical. Tires are all in good condition.
Comes with snap on cover, trailer and extra propeller.
