Great boat with a strong motor and smooth ride. This sport cuddy has a great motor & solid floors. V-8 454 mercruiser with 330 horsepower with a stainless steel 23 pitch 3 blade prop. Has a bravo 1 outdrive that has been gone through and serviced in spring of 2016. At that time all the cooling components have been replaced along with Lower shift cable & New starter installed. Cap, Rotor and Spark Plugs changed July 2016. Fresh oil change March 2017 when it was dewinterized.

I bought new Captains chairs. They are the last pictures. You will get both sets of seats, the original ones and the new set. Sun pad and bench seat is in good shape. Floor is solid. Has a nice spacious cuddy cabin. Cuddy was redone within the last 2 years. Has sink, icebox and lots of storage. CD & Aux input in radio with 8 speakers and 2 subs & 2 amps!

SEA TRIAL:The vessel shall be made available for a sailing and motoring sea trial to the Buyers satisfaction, unless otherwise provided herein.

SURVEY:The vessel shall be made available for a marine and engine condition surveys to the Buyers satisfaction at the Buyers expense, unless otherwise provided herein.

CLEAR TITLE:Seller represents that he/she is the legal Owner of the vessel and that he/she has a good and marketable title and lawful right to sell the same. Seller shall furnish title to the vessel free and clear of all debt, claims, liens and encumbrances of any nature or kind whatsoever. The title shall be in accordance with the regulations of the State of Missouri, U.S. Customs, U.S. Coast Guard, The Federal, State, County, and City regulatory taxing authorities. The Seller shall discharge all liens, mortgages, and bills of any kind held against the vessel or which may be incurred by the Seller before the consummation of sale and passage of title and possession of the vessel to the Buyer. The Seller agrees not to enter into any other contract for the sale of the vessel while this Agreement is in effect.

REJECTION OF VESSEL:Should the vessel be rejected by the Buyer, any deposit shall be refunded in full by the Seller to the Buyer immediately upon notice.

SALES TAX:The Buyer shall be responsible for the State Sales Tax.

BROKERAGE / ADMINISTRATION FEE:$249 added to the final price.

PICK UP:Buyer must pick up and/or water test within 14 days of close of auction. Failure to do so will result in the deposit beingforfeited.
