I am the auction agent for a high end City of New York Marinalocated in the 5 boroughs. Each year I am asked to auction offthe boats that are abandoned by their owners in the marina.
The boat is being sold AS IS AND WHERE IS AND ARENOTSUBJECT TO INSPECTION. It is being sold withoutwarrantyor guarantee including that for fitness for use.There is no returns or cancellations accepted, SALES ARE FINAL.
The marinadoes not believe that this boat ever wentunderwater or wasever involved inan accident that wouldcausestructural damage.This boat was abandoned by her owner in the marina and themarina would like to have it removed.
The buyer has 10 days after the auction and final payment topick up the boatThe boat will be loaded free onto a trailer or truck bed
The marina will provide a bill of sale as title. The marina isa licensed NYC marina and will provide abill of sale for the boat. A NYS title can also be obtained through the marina for a $250fee to New York State for them to issue it.

This is a very nice little runabout that has her engine and drive intact (condition unknown).Clean her up and put her in shape and you have a nicerunabout on a small budget. The fibreglass is in good conditionbut does need to be compounded and waxed.
