2007 Mastercraft X2 - no reserve

Description

Long story short, I purchased this boat in the spring of this year out of the southeast (fresh water only). My intention was to get the interior redone and then get it up to our lake house in Michigan. There were some delays, and we left for vacation without the boat. In the meantime my father purchased a new Mastercraft and thus, we no longer have a need for this boat unfortunately.
Prior to purchasing the boat, I had a respected marina do a full inspection of the boat/mechanicals. A compression test was done, etc, everything checked out. I'm happy to forward this inspection to any interested party. Because of the distance that the boat needed to travel, I had the trailer gone through as well, the trailer needed some work, at that time, new tires were installed, new brakes, new hub/rotor assemblies. The axles and spindles were also cleaned and inspected, and any necessary new parts installed. The coupler was also removed, internals flushed, etc.
Once the boat was in my possession it went directly to the upholster for all new vinyl, as you can see in the photos, it's all brand new and looks great. Missing our summer trip, I picked up the boat from the upholester, cleaned and waxed it thoroughly, and now, regrettably it's for sale. It hasn't been off the trailer this summer.
Notes:

-724 hours
-one of the trailer wheels is the spare, I do not have the original Mastercraft wheel
-the boat has been thoroughly cleaned and waxed, a wet sand would really make the paint pop
-the tower speakers will need to be replaced
-the cover is brand new
-the swim deck pad is brand new, but the swim deck has seen better days. It's a 100% functional, but if I was keeping the boat I'd replace the deck and then put the new pad back on.
-new alternator per previous owner
-the boat is registered in Virginia (where the boat is currently)
-NADA price is about $39k, I'm pricing it aggressively to move on quickly, with a hassle free sale (life is busy!) - I used USHIP to transport the boat originally, and I have no problem coordinating with any buyer who would also need to have the boat picked up.
