Seats have some normal wear-good for a 95. Electric H/W heater- can be hooked to engine, AC works - marina checked 2016, 160 gal fuel.
Items that need some repair:
Seats have a few age cracks, cover/zipper needs repair in a few places, Outside Ice maker not working, trim gauge, Speedo gauge, Generator works-but not used last 2 years/no battery, always winterized.
Holding Tank has a Macerator pump, power is disconnected for fresh water operation.
Props/Lower units- some light corrosion that brushes off, No dings or damage.
Docked in fresh water at Lake Of The Ozarks, Mo. in no wake cove at 19MM.
