Thank you for your interest in our boat. We bought her with plans to fix up and cruise. Our situation has changed so we must sell her now. We have a clear Maryland title in hand. Sold as-is and where-is. She is in the Annapolis, MD area.

She offers much: Spacious interior with 2 cabins and en-suite heads, stable and sea-kindly design, safe cockpit and deck with tailing winches and furling headsail make her easy to sail and comfortable liveaboard.

This lady has a suit of sails. Ford Lehman appears full of diesel and condition of engine is unknown. Assume the worst. Radar/electronics/exterior lights not tested. Most interior lights work. Several nice pieces of hardware include: Emergency tiller, gallows frame, mast steps, anchor windlass, anchor and chain.
