If any proceeding is brought to enforce a parties' rights under these terms and conditions, the losing party shall pay all costs and atttorneys' fees of the prevailing party.

All specs, dimensions and disclosures are believed to be correct but cannot be guaranteed or warranted. 4. AUTHENICATION:.MOTOR DEPOT LLCwill authenticate, qualify and verify ALL bids that are submitted on this vehicle. Only those bids submitted by ready, able and funded buyers will be accepted. Vehicle will be held until your check clears our bank.

5. DECISION TIME: The time to evaluate, to determine and to decide is during the course of the auction. The conclusion of the auction is the time to pay. Being the high bidder does not mean you have been awarded the opportunity to "think about it" or to "get back with us." It means that you have entered a binding agreement to purchase this vehicle immediately following the conclusion of the auction and that you have the funds to do so.

that something is going to quit working or need changing in the near future, If
I feel I would drive or pull this unit from state to state, then it is ready to
sell. Although this unit runs and drives good, looks good for the year and I
would not hesitate to drive this unit anywhere....All sales are final. sold as
is, where is, with no warranties written or implied. Has normal wear and tear
like all used vehicles. This is a Used RV, I can not warranty or guarantee any
parts on this unit not to be faulty, Bidding means you intend on buying, Please
read ad, look at pictures closely, ask questions.

Most of my units are driven/pulled approx. 200-400 miles before selling,
if there is a problem, I have it fixed (or list problem on ad), I check motor
fluids, etc, change if needed, Tires are checked and and noted on listing ad.
I check out most major appliances, fix if needed (unless listed), unit
is cleaned inside and out, then put up for sale.Dont assume this unit is in
perfect condition, it is not new, even if the previous owner have taken
excellent care of this unit it still wouldn't be in new/perfect condition.We
reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for
sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the
vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value
and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make
every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this
vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no

vehicle. Most older motorhomes will need
work/updating to get to the new owners satisfactory.I check most major
appliances fridge, stove, etc. to make sure they are in working order, I do not
always check minor stuff like every light bulb, etc. For some reason the
pictures sometimes looks better then in person on the motorhomes, please look
at pictures closely and consider the year of the motorhome to decide if it may
be to "outdated" for what your looking for. I will do my best to make every
buyer a "happy camper".

11. TAXES AND REGISTRATION FEES: All buyers must pay a $299 dealer service & handling fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in your state . For your convenience when legally permitted we will provide a 30-day Florida temporary tag if desired. Florida State law permits automobile dealerships up to 30-days to transfer titles. Our title clerks wait a minimum of 10-business days from the date of receiving a check before sending out a title. If this delay is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on our items.
