This is a nice boat that is already in the water and is ready to go. The slip is paid through the end of March '17.

She needs a good cleaning on the outside. I am just waiting for the marina to turn the water on for the season and I will give her a good wash.
If you are looking to get into sailing at a low cost, then this might be the one for you. She is 37 years old, so she is far from perfect, but she is roomy, cozy and looks pretty good for a lady of her vintage.
This is my daughter's boat, but she has asked me to sell it as she is working in NYC now and does not think she will get a chance to use it very much. Her loss - your gain.
