1967 Houseboat Homemade by College of the Ozark's

This is a one of a kind homemade houseboat that was built by the College of the Ozark's in 1967. It is under current remodel but due to a job change I no longer have the time to work on it. I have everything for it to be done. The motor runs is diesel and drives perfect. It has the original frig that is electric and gas and works new plumbing that has been done new wiring that has been done. The bed was tore out and being redone the frame is done just needs plywood applied. I have the marine grade plywood already just haven't had time to put it on. New Garmin fish finder, marine radio, regular am fm radio with Bluetooth for pandora or whatever else. I have new flooring for it. Has new gas range and oven sleeper sofa and bathroom and shower unit as well. 80 gallon fuel 100 gallon water 80 gallon black water new batteries and charger, new generator, picnic table, BBQ grill. Has to moved from current location.
