1984 Bay Marine

Description

This is a 14 ft. Bay Marine Tri-Hull fiberglass boat. I bought this boat in 2010 in Maryland off of ebay, I was living in Virginia at the time. The floor was rotted out, I cut the center out of the floor and put in decking boards. I left a space between each board for water drainage, I got the boat about done and ended up picking up a part-time job and did not have time to finish it. I just got it finished up and need to sell it to pay some bills. The Honda motor on the back is a 13 hp GX390 and it has a SPS long tail shaft kit on it. I made some reinforcement pieces out of angle iron for it and put a removable pipe a cross the back to hold the prop out of the water. I just put a new carb on it, changed the oil, and made a cover for the motor out of metal. The trolling motor on the front is a new Watersnake Venom, it is a transom mount trolling motor that I turn the head around and put it on the front. The mount for the trolling motor is made aluminum and I got it off of ebay. The boat has a live well that will fill with water once the boat is floating, you can plug the fill hole with a boat plug if needed. The red gas tank will hold 12 gallons and is held in with a strap. There is a quick disconnect on the gas so the tank can be stored inside. It has a electric automotive fuel pump under the deck to pump gas into the tank on the rear Honda motor. There are 2 battery trays and I have 2 batteries that go with the boat. The boat has a Garmin Fish Finder. I put nav lights on the front and back, and it also has lights so you can see what you are doing at night.
The trailer is galvanized and came from Germany, I do not have a title for the trailer. It is a very well built trailer, I have never seen one in America built this well. The tires are good and are not rotted or air cracked. I put a new set on lights on it and they work great. The trailer hitch is a 2 inch ball.
