2000 Macgregor 26X Power Sailboat, 2014 Tohatsu 50hp, with Trailer!

Hello Everyone,
I am selling my 2000 Macgregor 26X with a 2014 Tohatsu Outboard 50hp motor.
I have been living aboard this boat since September in Victoria, British Columbia (Canada) on Vancouver Island. Boat is currently located in Victoria for viewing. Boat can easily be brought to the U.S. on its Trailer (drive onto Ferry to Port Angeles Washington). It is currently Florida Registered and has a clean Florida Title in my name. I am selling because I will be moving abroad. It is priced for a quick sale at $5,000 USD, I will not take any less, I can easily store this boat for only $50 a month on its trailer, it is a cheap boat to store. Boat is priced for the value of Trailer and Motor alone. This is due to the significant hull damage the boat has from a waterspout throwing the boat into concrete pilings during a storm in Florida.
Hull Damage Description-
Note: I have been using the boat as is and it is fully functional, no damage even close to the water line on the hull, it is all Topside damage.
Boat Sustained significant topside damage with large crack near forward anchor locker and large section of drip rail crushed along the starboard side. Some temporary fiberglass patchwork was laid, but this boat will need 3,000 to $4,000 worth of fiberglass work if you want it good as new. I have a brand new Rub Rail and lots of fiberglass equipment and topside paint and epoxy included in the sale for whoever wants to take on the repair project. If you don't want to repair it, source a donor 26x body and take all of the equipment off of it and transfer.
Outboard Motor: Starts, Runs and Drives Beautifully! Use this a mini Trawler if you don't want to Sail it.2014 Tohatsu 50hp Power Tilt remote, Fuel injection 4 stroke, super quiet and fuel efficient. Has approx 50-75 Hours!
