2008 35 foot Everglades Center Console

Boat is being sold for the value of the hull alone. $144,000 blue book value on the hull alone. I'm not including any value for the engines since they aren't running well. Perfect boat for repower. Boat only has about 400 hours total time. It's detailed and bottom cleaned monthly. New digital radar and C140W monitor. New switch conversion (10K package). Under helm head, shower, sink and berth. 23 rod holders and 21 cup holders. I've been trying to get this baby fixed up but I am at a loss with the engines. They are in various states of repair. The engines developed water leaks in the powerheads. No internal damage, just water pouring out. New powerheads would probably fix all three engines but I don't have the time, patience or money to find out. Engines were running when last docked but have sat for over a year. The following parts need repair: Engines - all three have head powerhead problems due to waterleaks. apparently this is an issue with these old Hondas. Lower ends were fine when last used. Upholstery - needs complete refurb. quote about $7500 One of three throttle control boxes - $475 - $800 At 5k per head, 8k for cushions and 1k misc. I estimate the cost to get her up and running is about 25k. Trailer IS NOT included.
