This is a one of a kind floating house “Floathouse”. Just finished construction and sea trials.

It is 24’ in length, and has an approximate enclosed space of 8’ x 12’ with a 4’ front porch. In the water, it is about 9’ tall. It has 15-amp shore power protected by GFI circuit, and has 2 USB charging outlets. It has a moon pool with 12v LED lighting that can be used for fishing, swimming or private skinny dipping. Its powered by a great 25HP Mercury outboard with low hours, just serviced, includes stainless steel propeller. Comes with gas tank and brand-new battery. The port and starboard navigation lights are from an old Chris Craft cruiser. The doors and windows are reclaimed from old homes. This boat fits a specific need. If you have a dock with a lift that you can’t build a structure on because of permits, this is the answer. It’s a boat with a current mi. registration good till 2020. Comes with title and registration so you can transfer to your name. The possibilities are endless. It is ideal for a private estate, lake, pond, protected canal or boat lift. Some examples of how to use this unique boat can be seen in the pictures. The porch light and lantern in the center of the celling are included. I will deliver this tiny Floathouse anywhere in the lower 48 states. for free! To the winning bidder.I can launch it for you, or help you launch it in your private lake or pond (weather permitting). There are some limitations as listed below.

1. There must be quality paved roads with 13’ of clearance and enough turning room for truck and trailer to the ramp or your property.

2. I will require 40% of the sale price as a deposit, I will deliver within 10 days of receiving deposit.

3. I will expect the remainder of the balance delivered to me in cash or bank certified cashier’s check upon arrival with the Floathouse.

4. If you are on an island that requires use of a ferry You will need to make the necessary arrangements and meet me at the dock.

5. Trailer not included in price, but I can supply a new one at an additional cost. Can be inspected in East China Mi.
