2017 LEXINGTON 20'PONTOON BOAT with 70HP SUZUKI 4STROKE and CUSTOM WARRIOR TRAILER. This boat was purchased in Sept 2017 and has approx.20 hours of total time use. Motor is still under warranty, Trailer has surge brakes and spare tire and wheel. SUZUKI 70HP Four Stroke with Electronic Fuel Injection is "as new" and handles this boat very well, it just sips gas!

Everything on the boat is like new. Plenty of storage space under all of the seats and behind the Console. There are three doors on the boat, Front, Rear, Port Side (accommodates a wheel chair entry).

Console has RPM/MPH Meter, Fuel Gauge, Volt Meter, Oil Temp, AM/FM Radio with 4 remote speakers, Adjustable Cell Phone Holder, 12 Volt Plug in, USB and Headphone ports, Complete Switch Selectors which include, Horn, Courtesy Lights, Docking Lights, Accessory Lights, and Master Switch.

Also mounted in the Console is a HUMMIGBIRD Helix 5 G2 Transducer Depth and Fish Finder with 5" display. Captains Chair is both height and swivel adjustable.

Other accessories include: 2 sets of Dual Portable Cup Holders plus 7 in place Cup Holders plus an adjustable and removable snack table.6 USCG Approved Life Jackets and USCG Approved Commercial Ring Buoy.

Extra large Bimini Top with completely powder coated frame and safety in place snaps. Comes with 2 covers--one for storage and one for travel. Rear Fold Up Ladder, Docking Fenders and Ropes.

Owner has installed after market Thetford Port a Potty with safety railings and Privacy Curtains. (Port a Potty and Privacy Curtains are removable).
