1982 Riviera houseboat. Has just been remodeled, has USB port outlets on front deck, double coats of elastomeric coating on the roof new marine grade plywood on front and back deck. Kenwood stereo with pioneer speakers in front and back, CB radio, 220 shore power, coast guard approved toilet and septic, 110 heat and a/c. Has a clear hatch style porthole for fishing, feeding the turtles etc. It's large enough I can climb through it. 35 hp Johnson outboard that ran great last time we used it. This boat is water ready. Trailer has brand new 10 ply tires. Wireless led towmate light bar. 32' by 8' so requires no permits or follow car for towing
