Apex Rigid Hull Inflatable RIB dinghy scuba dive boat tender 17' with Outboard

I purchased this RIB last year from a man in Georgia as a winter project, used it for a season and lost interest.. There are four separate quadrants that are inflatable. I painted the boat's pontoons with a RIB paint and if fixed most of the leaks, but there are still several leaks. The rear left quadrant has a pretty severe leak that i do not think can be patched. I would assume that the pontoons need to be replaced, i do not think they are salvageable. There is a company in florida that will restore these boats with new inflatable pontoons for about $4400.
The floor of the boat has some stress cracks. You can feel the floor flexing when you walk on it. The fuel tank runs from the back of the boat to the front, i believe it is 25 gallons. The bottom of the hull is in good condition, very few scratches. Outboard johnson 70 runs, but compression is uneven and there is a small pin hole leak in bottom of lower unit where gear oil is coming out.. This is a project boat and is being priced accordingly.
Trailer is in good condition. New tires, jack on the front, lights worked last time i had the boat on the water.
