I am selling our 1991 Precision Boat Works P-21 21 ft Sail Boat walk around boat.The boat/trailer are being sold AS-IS with clean PA title for both. The boat comes with a 5-hp Honda 4 stoke motor that runs off of a rear mounted gas tank. The hull is SOLID and CLEAN!! Has a very nice sized cuddy cabin that sleeps 4 with windows and pop up hatch. The cuddy cabin has blue padding throughout with no tares or rips anywhere. There is a small sink w/ manual water pump and oven top inside the cuddy as well as a porta-potty . The boat comes with all the required sails,beams, rope, docking fenders, steering tiller to use the boat right away! There is a TON of storage aboard this boat and plenty of comfortable spots to sit and sail from as well. The boat could use a good cleaning inside and out but besides that it is ready to sail today! The trailer is included, uses a 4 pin wiring connection, 2 inch ball hitch and is in good condition. It has new hubs on both sides however the tires are pretty dry rotted. I am currently waiting for the title to come back from Harrisburg. However the boat is registered and can still be used right away upon arrival of the title.
