21' Invader Cuddy cabin

I am putting my boat up for sale. I can not get it to start. I'm sure it's something simple. It cranks and cranks. I was going to upgrade ignition to electronic instead of points and condensor which should take care of the problem, but I can't right now. Listed is the parts put on.
Brand new points and condensorBrand new starter coilBrand new spark plugsCarb was just rebuilt a few days ago and installed
The canvas was new last yearAlso comes with a bimini top.Comes with trailer.
As seen in the pics, the seats are worn and cam be replaced rather easy. I found some online for around 150, 200 for both seats.The cabin cushions are in great shape.
Also comes with VHF radio and Garmin fishfinder.
Have title for boat, I can do bill of sale for trailer.
