Very nice excellent sailing boat ready for a new owner. Condition as pictured. Some cosmetic blistering. Interior is solid wood not plywood or a simulated wood. Real teak staving. Headliner is frp. Sole teak and holly. Tankage is approximately 75 gallons water, 50 gallons fuel, 10 gallons holding. Galley equipment 3 burner propane stove with oven, pressure water, water heater, water cooled 12vdc freezer with spillover refrigeration. Navigation Garmin chartplotter with depth and speed, Icom VHF, autopilot, AIS (not connected), Raytheon radar (needs repair). Engine hours about 2500, engine operates smoothly, starts without hesitation, shifts easily. Dripless shaft seal. Two 8D house batteries, separate starting battery, Balmar 100 amp alternator, balmar voltage regulator, and Balmar Duo charge. 40 amp 125Vacbattery charger. Sails, Newer full batten main excellent condition, Hood 120% genoa (needs repair), staysail good condition, Yankee good condition, new never used asymmetrical spinnaker. Roller furling, 5 selftailing winches, plus 3 winches on mast. Rigid boom vang. Very nice dodger with attached rear cockpit enclosure. Yes you can sail with the enclosure in place. Bruce primary anchor on bow with chain and 250' 1/2" nylon rode. Stern anchor Danforth HT with chain and 200' rode. 12 volt anchor windlass freshly rebuilt including the motor, seals, and fluids. Boat has two double staterooms and sleeps two couples comfortably with room in the main saloon for two more.

Over all a very nice boat that has taken us from Oregon out the Columbia River bar and up the coast thru southeast Alaska. We have owned this boat for 16 years and have made many trips up the coast to British Columbia, Puget Sound, The San Juan Islands and the west coast of Vancouver Island. Health and age dictate the necessity of this sale. Our minimum bid is less than half of the asking price of a sister ship on the east coast.
