Beautiful ~ 1983 45.5 Bayfield Ketch Caribbean Seaworthy Vessel

Looking for a Caribbean Seaworthy Vessel with more then adequate living space...This absolutely Beautiful 1983 45.5' Bayfield Ketch has what it takes.The vessel is powered by a Westerbeke Diesel 100 hp with 172 hours , fresh water cooled with Racor fuel water separato, has a feathering prop. new fuel tank 45-50, three new batteries with boxe, (100 cranking amps), replaced all engine hoses . Vessel also has a new 2000 watt portable generator with inverter 12.5 hour run tim, 61 db noise level.We took into consideration that this well built 1983 vessel needed all new through hull values, hose and clamps, through out. replaced all deck draining hose's and brass valves. while replacing the exhaust muffler we also, replaced all hoses, install stuffing box and Sea strainer . Included in the work done we replaced all interior hoses with pex tubing and stainless fitting, to the fresh water system both hot & cold.The interior ~ has been updated with a gorgeous teak and holly floor through out . we rebuilt the credenza / console to create more storage . The cushion are in good condition, the Aft is roomy and comfortable.The Butterfly Hatch above the galley has been sanded and had the lenses redone, which brings in natural lighting and a wonderful breeze ( Screens are in decent shape )~ Bright and sunny by day and awesome star gazing by night. The galley has a propane stove / ove, sin, and a ice box frig, galley table and plenty of storage. Overall, all teak has been sanded a coated with fresh teak oil. All drawers are in operational condition and all hinges have been replaced through out the vessel. The spacious hea, has a full shower with seat, vanity with sink and storage, I replaced the manual toilet with a jabsco electric toilet.The Bayfield has all riggin, Mas, Roller furler, hardware and 8 Sails.
