I have included the report from Short's Marine in Delaware. I have nothing else on this boat.This is being sold As-Is. We bought from a friend that told us it was running properly last fall.I do not claim to be a mechanic so I can not tell you "What it would need to run?" I do not know. Sorry... this is the reason we are selling it. Trying to be upfront but I have no clue what it needs.
