450 EB (45' Express Bridge with flybridge) 52' LOA including swim platform. Local cruising in Key West, FL with the exception of a couple of trips to the Marquesas and Dry Tortugas. Engine oil, belts, filters last changed July 2016. One of the only yachts this size to have access to the bow with 3 wide steps from the flybridge down! Have had rental guests from infants to age 88 with easy access! Hard to part with her considering this feature.
NOTEWORTHY UPGRADES: Brand new bimini and nice bright white window covers 2015, ice maker, generator relay switch, converter, new props 2015 (spare tuned props included). Engine room major overhaul-cleaned and sealant protection July 2016. Brand new master stateroom Air Conditioner July 2015- 7500 BTU, gets COLD! Second stateroom a/c reconditioned Oct 2016. AMENITIES: BOW THRUSTER! Upstairs flybridge stereo system with bluetooth and aux port. Separate interior stereo so you can listen to two different systems inside and out. (Huntin' & Fishin' with Luke Bryan upstairs and outside on cockpit with your favorite beer, Frank Sinatra downstairs inside with candles in the salon or galley cooking holiday dinners drinking wine). Stainless steel gas grill with trawler mount $350 brand new, used once. Very spacious 3 bedroom style plus a 4th convertible bed in salon. 2 immaculate lavatories. Never use marina facilities -- ours are much nicer. Washer/dryer combo, no need to even do laundry at the marinas while traveling. 3 air conditioners. Satellite cable television antenna! Watch the Super bowl from the islands! Holding tank lights in both lavatories indicate green, half, and full. Potable water monitor levels every 1/4. Electric battery reader in addition to standard gauge. Plenty of closet, drawer, and hatch storage space. Lady renters love this yacht.
