All the handrails on exterior of boat are in excellent condition no pitting, carpets inside and out need to be clean but still in good condition. Interior seats are all in good condition no tears; Alcohol stove works, Bathroom head works, kitchen sink

There are a few Items that show wear the 3 seats in the cockpit 2 back to back seats and 1 fold down at the back of the boat are in good condition and are usable but there are some seams that have started to separate. The refrigerator at some point in its life had something spilled in it that stained some of the bottom of it but still works both on battery power as well as shore power. The boats docking cleats are starting to pit due to their age. 4 interior lights light pitting. Radio works but can tell its original has 4 speakers 2 inside 2 outside. Lastly the Stainless steel outriggers on the back of the boat needs a new switch on dash

Trailer is a Magic Tilt by Magic Trail it is capable of up to 26 foot boat Galvanized with metal fenders I have state issued title for trailer
