1989 Sea Ray 460 Express Cruiser

Must sell. 1989 Sea Ray 460 Express Cruiser. Our beautiful yacht sank in it's slip due to 3 weeks of heavy rain. Loss seemed to be main bilge pump failure with accumulation of water. Only structural damage occurred at rear section of boat. Fiberglass failure at the rear cleats/transom where boat was tied to slip. Boat sank in fresh water lake. It was professionally lifted and towed to boat yard. Interior after drying still looks good overall. Engines are twin Detroit diesels which were not pickled. Insurance company had control of boat for past three months since incident was under investigation. Upon return of boat some disassembly of the motors noticed. Having to sell it AS IS. I am not a mechanic and really do not know what all of the damage is. It has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer/full kitchen/ separate master bedroom with full bathroom. The boat value was 89000.00 before accident. Photos are before and after accident. Boat yard has travel lift to load boat on trailer.

Photo of boat floor plan shows in red the area where top cap was torn off. It did not go into the hull. It is the top section that cleats are attached.
