1996 Tracker Boat. Pontoon Cabin Cruiser. 36' (bow to stern) 8'6" beam. Cabin is 18' 6" long. I believe the boat has been in fresh water only. I would say that it is in very good condition for a boat of this age. It's very solid, water tight and well taken care of. No smoking or pets inside cabin. Original Mercury 115 HP, 2 cycle outboard engine. Add 2 cycle oil directly to outboard engine so no need to mix with gas in tank. 4000 Onan generator that just had a complete service. Both outboard and generator start right up with no problems. 2 inboard gas tanks. Has extra gas line for kicker motor. Propane/Electric reefer and freezer. Microwave and 3 burners with exhaust fan. Propane furnace. Double kitchen sink. Stereo system with built in speakers. Roof mounted air conditioner. Depth Finder. Everything works properly. One piece restroom with shower, toilet, sink and fan. Has a fresh water tank and a black/grey tank. 30 Amp shore plug in with 20' cable and 3 batteries. Dinette set and couch both make into extra beds. Full size bed, cabinets and closet space in back of boat. Brand new carpet through-out boat done professionally this year. Sliding glass doors on each end with screen doors. Large front deck area and flat rooftop with aluminum railing and ladder for entertaining. 6'4" high ceilings with 360 degree view looking out through windows. Newly waterproofed and painted with non skid surface. No leaking, soft spots or rust. Pontoons are in great condition, just need a little polishing up. This boat has an 8' ramp, hidden between the pontoons. The sturdy ramp comes out the front, so your able to walk on and off to the beach easily. It has a swim ladder that mounts to either side easily. Also comes with the original galvanized 36' triple axle trailer with surge brakes that is in excellent shape. This is a rare boat with many advantages. It's designed to be landed on a beach. Lower maintenance with one outboard motor, aluminum pontoons that doesn't crack and blister like fiberglass. I have a clean title that states 32' long.
