This Party Barge is in excellent condition! Regency is Sun Tracker's top model making the boat very plush! It is also Sun tracker's new body style that features oversize pontoon tubes, lifting strakes, built in docking lights, pop-up change room, wood grain trim, color keyed railing, stainless steel cup holders, upgraded stereo system/CD/mp3/aux jack/satellite ready with speakers built into the seatbacks, oversize upgraded bimini top, dinette table with two positions, oversize console, depth finder, power water system that feeds the power sink, large rear swim deck w/ fold down ladder, front entry ladder, and rear entry ladder. This boat features a slick looking raised floor supporting the console, driver seat, and sink area giving the interior really good looking aesthetics. Although this boat is called a Party Barge 22 it is actually 24 feet long and 8 1/2 feet extra wide. It is covered with storage areas all throughout the interior. The 90HP Mercury Optimax runs excellent and has Sea Star hydraulic Steering. It has been fully inspection, lake tested, and had a complete service! (100% lake ready.) All this sits on a Tracker tandem axle trailer with built on front entry ladder that hauls great!!
