1986 13ft 4 inch Boston Whaler with trailer, no motor

I have a used 1986 13ft 4 inBoston Whaler SSand a 2001 galvanized trailer, no motor or controls, trailer has new rims and tires, the boat is still being used today, this boat is not mint condition, it has at least 20 screw holes from accessories, most have been filled, this boat has no rot or major damage, original wood needs to be refinished, rub rails have some crack, Gel coat has normal weather and age stress cracks,I have the original anchor locker cover that also needs to be refinished, boat has nicks and scratches, I have title for both boat and trailer,please ask any questions. Motor does not come with boat. Steering does. $400 off if you do not want the trailer.
