See details in photo sold with a notarized bill of sale, no title on this boat. This boat has been power washed and the bottom scrapped. It is a project, but it's all easy stuff. I am fixing it up gradually, but realized I don't have the time or the resources to do it quickly. So I decided to sell it quickly instead. The center board is in the up position and the cable is gone, rudder need a little fiber glass attention, but nothing structural. The bulk heads need to be replaced, add a motor and your sailing. the hull is in great shape. this boat has been in the water for 15 years. I scraped the bottom clean and power washed it. its a solid boat for the right person.
