Description: | This 1982 San Juan 28 was carefully restored by a master craftsman in New Jersey and brought down to Virginia by the current owner. All of the dark, gloomy teak interior woodwork has been replaced by light maple, giving the cabin an incredibly airy, bright, and spacious feel. Not that it needs it: the headroom in this sporty craft is over 6'3"! The Yanmar 2GM runs like a clock. Most of the cushions are newly recovered; I have the bolts of fabric to recover the rest. Chartplotter, VHF, CD player, cube refrigerator. Interior pictures do not show all the interior panels and drawers because I stripped the boat and carried everything to a storage unit for the winter. |
