This yacht,named after the famous Rolls Royce mascot, The Spirit of Ecstasy (Flying Lady) was custom built as a prototype Sea Ray 460 (50ft Express Yacht) with hull number 002 for year 1989 featuring two monster V8 Twin Turbo 17.4 Liter Rolls Royce CV-8 Diesel engines model M650-TI producing a governed 650HP @ 2100RPM, making this Sea Ray the most powerful and fastest one to leave the factory with a top speed of about 40 knots. There is immediate throttle response and absolutely no hesitation when going on plane with that much power...you do not even feel it! It will cruise at about 7 knots (10MPH) at idle speed without burning almost any fuel. It's a Rolls Royce!

It has only 750 hours from new, which are very low hours for any main Diesel engines and generator. Note that those large hand-built heavy-duty Rolls Royce Diesel engines will easily run 10,000 hours before overhaul if properly maintained with simple periodic oil and filter changes and taken good care of.

* BOTH Low Hour RR Engines are in great running condition and DO NOT need rebuilt, just the oil cooler replaced on the starboard engine. The core can be replaced for a couple hundred dollars by a few companies in Ft. Lauderdale/ Miami area. Additionally, I have available for an EXTRA $5K USD, $30K Dollars worth of NEW engine spare parts, including new pistons, rings and cylinder sleeves, which are in storage and can be picked up at your expense, as they are very heavy!

The yacht is equipped with an electric oil change pump for both main engines and generator.
