18 ft Alumacraft jon boat duck boat with 23 hp Mudbuddy mud motor and blind.

You are buying a 100% water ready duck boat. Boat, blind, Mudbuddy motor and decoys. Drop it in the water and you are hunting. Take the blind off (in 3 minutes)and you are fishing. I purchased a brand new duck boat so I am selling a couple of my older duck boats. This boat is a 1988 Alumacraft 1848 (18 feet long, 48 inches wide at the bottom and 70 inches at the top) jon boat. It is extra wide and extra deep and is extremely stable whether you are hunting big water or small potholes. I just had the boat taken in to a local machine shop and they water tested the boat for leaks and painted it. There is also new wood on the floors. It comes with a removable middle bench seat as well as factory bench seats. The trailer is heavy duty and fits the boat perfectly. IT HAS 2 BRAND NEW TIRES. The old ones were a little weather checked so I had them replaced. You can pull it down the road at 80 mph and not even know it is back there. The motor is a Mudbuddy 23 hp Vanguard long shaft WITH UNDER 35 HOURS. The thing looks and runs like new. The prop is in great shape. I just had it to the local mud motor dealer and had it tuned up, the oil changed and fully greased. I have all of my boats serviced by a marina.The blind is a Pop-up blind brand and if you have never hunted out of one, you are missing out. You are 100% concealed and then you pull the release and the top falls back and you have a wide open top to shoot from. The blind itself was $1,300. You can hunt the blind as-is or you can put cover on it. I have a picture with fastgrass on it to demonstrate. PLEASE NOTE: the sale does not come with fast grass mats. Again, this setup is ready to drop in the water and start hunting. The boat is located in Marion, IA (Cedar Rapids area).
