What I have here is a rare barn find, Yes! a barn find on a boat.BAJA SCAT CAT WITH, TWO 25HP OUTBOARDS AND CUSTOM TRAILER!In storage for 28 YEARS! and yes currently in a barn.1986 catamaran 12ft. Baja Scat Cat designed by the famous Ranato Molinari.This boat was built for a special APBA class of racing called Mini GT, back in the 80's, all the boats were equal with 25hp engines.They sold them for pleasure use also, this particular boat was never sold.I turned in the M.S.O. (Manufactures certificate of origin last year to register it, So I now have current transferable NY registration for easier transfer of ownership.The boat was used several times as a promo boat from 1986 to 1988 and it has sat in storage since then.They made these boats in white, with red and blue stripes, red ones are very rare.It has its original 25 HP Johnson 20" shaft, electric start engine still on it, it also comes with a newer.,very low hour 25HP Evinrude 15" shaft, electric start engine, that runs great.The interior was just done, and the seat was made 6" wider.The boat comes with extra engine controls, 5 props, 2 are brand new, two spare tires and other items.I am asking 3,500 you will never find one of these with this little use again.This boat has no cracks and never had a stupid big outboard on it,never even had snaps for a cover, it is all original except for the new interior.Comes with a nice custom made trailer,I just replaced the wheels,tires,lights and re-packed the bearings.3,500 or make a offer if you are interested, I am sure you wont see one like this again.
