Description: 1997 Baja 38 Special, originally equiped with twin Mercruiser 502's and Bravo I outdrives. Engines and drives were pulled for repower. Owner lost interest and never completed. Galley is in great condition as shown in the pictures. Engines, outdrives, generator and cockpit interior will need to be sourced to complete. Trailer has new rims/tires, wiring and lighting. For Parts or Restoration.

Although we do not intend to end our auctions early, sometimes this does happen. We reserve the right to cancel your bid to protect the integrity of the auction. Contact must be made within 24 hours of auction completion and the transaction must be completed within 7 calendar days. If prior arrangements have not been made, we reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle.

Payment: A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auction End. Payment must made in the form of Cash, Institutional Financing, or Certified Funds. If you would like to use PayPal for the deposit, a 4% transaction fee will need to be added to the amount of the deposit. Paypal will not be accepted for full payment, deposit only. All vehicles are ready for delivery once paid in full.

Vehicle Delivery: Shipping is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Once vehicle has been paid in full arrangements for shipping or pickup will be made. If you will need to be picked up at an airport, these arrangements will need to be made ahead of time and charges may apply.

Fees & Taxes: There is a $499.00 Dealer Fee that will be added to the winning bid amount, please do not mistake this as money paid toward taxes. Florida residents will be required to pay sales tax, registration & title fees. Out of state bidders will be required to pay sales tax if taking delivery in Florida. All other bidders are responsible for taxes in their appropriate state.
