25' Sunsation Aggressor 502 mag EFI with Bravo XR Outdrive, baja, magic,fountain

1998 Sunsation Aggressor 25 cuddy cabin boat. With trailer and 502 mag motor. Also has the Bravo XR outdrive. It needsa good few days cleaning and will buff up like new. It needs motor work. It seems to have a miss (in my opinion). It does start, run, and "drive" and will go to the lake right now. But it won't take full throttle. Outdrive shifts awesome. Motor starts right up. I have changed the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, starter, and done a compression check on it. All cylinders are equal and appear good. Most everything I have checked has worked (lights, gauges, etc) ---but the hydro trim tabs, stereo, depth finder do not. It sustained water damage and I bought it from the insurance company, so I don't have a lot of history on it. The motor was winterized and not frozen, however there was some water in the cylinders. So i'm thinking maybe a cracked head? I have too many other boats and its getting late in the season to screw with this one for me. Most of these are 26-28k with just a plain ol bravo 1 outdrive. Check the price on these Bravo XR outdrives and also this is a LWP, (low water pickup), pretty rare. Boat is a smooth ride, just needs some cleaning and a fix or maybe a motor. The trailer does not fit it perfect, but does the job, needs the bunks adjusted, and it does have 5k axles under it. So it will work. New winch, new jack, new spare, good tires.

For selling purposes just consider it needing a motor, I don't want to lead someone to believe it might be a easy fix and its not.....however it may be as simple as a module.
