Stove has never been used and interior is in excellent condition.This boat has been in my family for years and I have to sell. Just landed a residency in Chicago so this MUST GO. However, I will not accept low ball offers. New survey completed in July before all engine work and it was valued at 15,533. I will negotiate for cash in hand offers, but be realistic. I have all service records and my family has taken great care of this vessel. Never been in salt water and has no leaks. I do not want to sell but I need the money for residency training. Brand new 5.7 Mercruiser engine(not rebuilt),brand new risers & manifolds, brand new starter, brand new alternator, brand new float switch, brand new Bravo III lower unit. Brand new A.C. pump.Hull and deck professionally waxed and buffed last week. Brand new gel coat and re-bunked slide on trailer with new bearings packed. Engine has 3 hours and the lower unit and gel coat have not been in water. New LED galley and helm lights. Helm LED colors are blue and pink. All engine work is backed by a 3 year warranty. Boat is stored in a boatel and has never been outside for winter. Bimini top and vinyl enclosure in great condition. Included in the price is winterization and shrink wrap.
