2001 Bayliner2655 Cierra Cabin Cruiser

I purchased this 2002 Bayliner 2655 Sierra new. I kept it in my condo in Florida until one and a half years ago when I sold the condo. It was always kept on a lift, waxed twice a year, flushed and rinsed after each use and maintained meticulously. This boat has never been in the water for more than one night and the condition of the hull shows it. I sold the condo and moved it to a friend 's lift where it sat for one and a half years until I was able to get back to boating. When I got back to it I replaced the carburetor the water pump and the starter as well as some pulleys, the idler, and the belt hoping to get it running. Unfortunately the engine seems to have seized up while it sat. I poured marvels mystery oil in the cylinders and replaced the plugs. I have not tried to start it again since I I have decided to part with it. The engine only has 160 hours on it since new and has been well-maintained throughout its life. However please assume the worst and count on replacing the engine if you become the new owner. It comes with canvas in excellent condition with new covers as well as all the isinglass in good shape to fully enclose the cockpit. The Bimini top which was used for storage on the lift has been weathered and torn in places. When I was intending to getting it back in operation had removed some of the cockpit cushions in order to replace the bottom plywood. I never got around to re doing the cushions so the new owner will have to put new marine plywood at the bottom of the cushions. The upholstery is in good shape and the foam is holding up great. The boat has an engine flush system, air conditioning and heat and a Lewmar sprint windlass. It is equipped with the bravo three duo prop outer drive with stainless steel propellers. The interior is in great shape but it will need some cleanup. It has a very comfortable double bed and a alcohol/electric stove and microwave as well as a comfortable seating area. There is a second berth with the plastic still on the mattress. This boat has a great planing hull that is small enough to maneuver into tight situations and large enough to take out into the open water. It has been a joy to own it and I hope that someone sees the value in bringing it back to life.

The canvas is in excellent shape, the storage cover is worn.
