Bayliner Cuddy 22ft 1990 great condition

Hello,
Please read the below carefully before bidding. To avoid any confusion, the boat is located in Mundelein, Illinois and is sold as a pick up only. I cannot arrange transportation or shipping.
For sale is my 1990 Bayliner Capri Cuddy, 22ft long. It has the 5.7L V6 Mercruiser that puts out 260HP. The engine is paired with an Alpha One drive. The propeller is in good condition without any major dings or cracks. Both the engine and the drive are in good running condition. I am not a boat expert but this boat has been maintained at a professional marine shop throughout my ownership (last 3 years) and the mechanics say everything is in good working order. Trimming works as expected.From what I understand, it was always kept in fresh waters - for the last 3 summers it was in lake Michigan.
There are no soft spots on the floor, the carpet is very clean for its age and only one of the seats has a small tear on it (see the picture of the left cushion on the back of the boat). A new bluetooth speaker system with 2 new speakers was installed last year. The boat comes with a custom cover that has started to tear at the ends (where it snaps on the boat) but is still usable. A new bimini was installed when I purchased the boat 3 years ago and was installed by the marine shop. The hull is clean with a few dings and scratches but nothing deep or requiring repairs. The interior is generally clean with a couple small burns on the pillows (looks like cigarette but not during my ownership) and some stains. Included with the boat are 3 red bumpers (see photos), 1 large bumper, an anchor, 4 life vests, a throw-able cushion, a couple of dock lines. There is a portable toilet in the cabin but this has never been used under my ownership so I can't guarantee whether its functional or not.
Overall this is a very clean boat for its age that has been used sparingly. It sits on a newer galvanized trailer that is in good condition other than one of the wheel covers missing (see photos). The trailer is included in the auction and was also maintained at the marine
As the boat is currently winterized and under shrink wrap, I have limited number of pictures available. It is stored in Mundelein, Illinois where you would be required to pick it up. You are responsible for organizing the transport of the boat.
Boat's registration expires on 6.30.2018 and the trailer needs to be registered.
A $500 deposit is required within 24h of purchase and the balance is due as a cashier's check at time of in-person meeting.
The boat is sold as is and no returns are accepted.
