Bayliner 2855 Ciera "1 HOUR, on full rebuilt 454" in San Diego
1995 Bayliner
Description
Boat has had $6500 in engine work and has right at 1 hour on it, some yahoo did a hit and run on the boat while it was in the dock destroying the bow rails, I'm waiting on insurance to approve the repairs. It will be repaired prior to sale, or accommodations will be made to new owner if it sells before insurance settles.
The Good Stuff ---
Fully factory rebuilt 454 with a year and half left on warranty, engine purchased from Sailor Johns Marine.
Newly serviced Bravo III which was also repainted while the engine was being installed
Brand new top of the line slide out Isotherm stainless fridge.
New Carpet
New 6 Gallon hot water heater
New Fresh Water pump and Bilge Pumps
New 80 Gallon Fuel Tank
New Electronics, New Elite-5 Lowrance GPS Fish Finder, New Lowrance Link -5 VHF (linked to GPS) New Sony CD/Stereo.
New Head Pump, New Porcelain Head.
New Microwave, Coffee Pot, Flat Screen Samsung TV, Dinner plates, bowls, knives, forks, cutting board, Brand New Nautica Comforter! Ready to bring your bathing suits and ice chest.
Just buffed out the gelcoat.
The rear cockpit enclosure is brand new, (We just took the factory ties off it.)
Has a great cockpit full cover, some age to it, but it is in very decent shape.
The Bad.
The Cockpits seats could use new covers.
The Bow Rails as I mentioned will be replaced.
There is one hatch cover that I have on order because the hinge broke, still locks and is watertight.
The guy that put new pinstripes on forgot to remove the surface clear tape so its a pain to remove now that it's been on a while, but doable if you have patience.
I have the front enclosure (isinglass) but the previous owner put a different Bimini Cover on so it doesn't match up, the Bimini could use replacement so you could match it to the existing original covers.
Why are we selling? Because we're getting a bigger boat, no other reason, this boat has no smells, or nasty surprises its a great boat, in a fantastic slip (you'd need to be approved by the marina.) --- The dinghy doesn't go with the boat, but the davits will stay, there's also a couple of brand new basic lifejackets.
I have a very short video of the boat starting up, if you would like to see it I can send it to you, along with any additional pictures you would like.
The boat is listed elsewhere and will be ended early if it in fact sells...
