When we sell a Whaler, one of the last things said is - “let me know if you ever want to sell her!” ...
About seven years ago we bought this Classic 17' Super Sport from the original owner outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.His name was Steve, and he was in his early 90s!
In 2018 we sold her to a guy named Dan in Northern Va, who played with her for four years, then sold her back to YCM in 2022.
We picked her up, put her through service, and later that summer she sold to Greg in Syracuse, Indiana.
Fast forward to March, 2025 - Greg's kids are grown, the lake house is going on the market, and so’s the Whaler.
So, we’re sending the truck to Indiana!
Once she’s back in Virginia, we’ll push her through service, put a price tag on her and find her another great home!
These 17 foot Super Sports share the same hull as the Classic Montauk - they’re like a bigger, faster, and better riding version of the old 13 footer we all wanted as a kid!
She's in great shape, and fully serviced!
The original mahogany interior is showing it's age and ready to be refinished - you'll see all the details when we do the FaceTime video!
