I am a private party selling a top condition Carver 355 Aft Cabin yacht (actually 40ft long) with two staterooms, two bathrooms, two Air Conditioners, ready to use and yes we even have a recent full boat AND engine survey from 7/2016 so no surprises here.This boat has never been a live-aboard so wear and tear has been minimal, under 750hrs on both original factory engines, under 500 hours on the large A.C. generator, all sofas and vinyl in very good condition - a really nice showing boat that is reliable and fully decked out.This boat is currently docked at the upscale Legacy Harbour Marina in downtown Fort Myers and if you are a serious buyer we can arrange for you to see it any time.
My wife and I spent a year looking at boats all over Florida, trying to find the nicest one, with the lowest hours and the biggest most contemporary cabin layout. After we found this boat we spent almost $2,000 having it fully surveyed to make sure it was as good as we thought it was and it passed survey. We take this boat usually once a week and it runs perfectly for us. We often stay overnight on it and find it very comfortable and roomy even with our 13 years old son with us. The only area I see that could use a little work is the aluminum radar bridge has some peeling paint so it could use being touched up.
