The 1980 Catalina 25' Sailboat, freshwater, moored near Rio Vista without a trailer. Slip assumable with permission from marina. Swing keel and a newer Mercury (pull start) outboard engine. Sails, rigging and upholstery are in serviceable condition, two anchors and two headsails. Great for sailing in the bay or delta - can use a good cleaning and polish.
