Description

My wife and I bought this boat from friends but don't have time to restore, maintain or even use.
The good news: The boat was immaculately restored inside and out including new Chrysler 335 with less than 20 hours and two years ago.
The bad news: After the restoration the boat was left in the lake for two years under a covered slip on a battery tender with no maintenance or care. The trailer is showing age and is bent at the top due to too much pressure on the crank when I was loading the boat on the trailer for the first time.... probably a rookie mistake.
The facts: When we got the boat it wouldn't start, we drained all the fuel (half a tank of two year old gas), put in new spark plugs and new gas; now the engine runs great. We used the boat for a couple hours and the engine preformed well at cruising speed. Everything on the boat appears to work including all electrical, the chrome is tarnished but cleans up nice, the upholstery and flooring is 98% perfect, new marine grade audio system rocks and the battery holds a charge. The boat is registered in the state of Washington with new tabs on the boat and trailer. The boat could be ready for a restoration or immediateuse.
