1955 16' CHRIS CRAFT INBOARD WOOD BOAT OWENS SPEEDSTER B FRESH TITLES TRAILER

Description

As pictured, RARE 1955 Owens Speedster with Chris Craft model B engine. Rebuilt engine in 2008, drove thru break in period and put away. Estate Sale, been in storage for 10 years. Has old gas, battery dead, but will turn over with a jump. Will fire with starting fluid.No unusual sounds or noises.Hull appears solid. Interior excellent. Needs a cleaning and varnishing to improve cosmetics. Engine will need the usual for an engine that's been sitting for years. The son did not drain the gas.It was stored in a climate controlled warehouse and the water was drained out of the block. Have titles for boat and trailer. Trailer pulls good, it's a 'newer' trailer, not original to the boat. Had the bearings repacked and towed 200 miles no problem. Tires are excellent. I don't think it will take much to get this on the water, but I'm not a boat expert.
I have a spare Model B Chris Craft available for an additional fee if interested. It's a 1965 model. Buyer will need to arrange transport, but I can usually find a delivery person for $1 per loaded mile if you can't.

Buyers will receive the title after the boat/trailer is paid and picked up. Out of state buyers will pay tax and fees required by your home state. Buyer agrees to pay the non-refundable deposit under all circumstances. The title on the boat and trailer originates from MN and has MN title and correction form LB-062A and/or PS2025-B1. Balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days after sale. Buyer agrees venue will be Green Lake County Wisconsin for any civil disputes. Buyer agrees all inspections/inquiries have been completed and reviewed to his/her satisfaction prior to bidding, buying or making any offer. We reserve the right to reject any bid or bidder.
TERMS: I accept paypal for the deposit only. Deposit is due no later than 12 hours after auction/sale end and is non-refundable. Balance must be paid via cashier's check or wire transfer no later than 7 days after sale. All payments must clear prior to arranging pick up. No cash at pick up, vehicle must be prepaid and paperwork returned prior to arranging pick up. Vehicle needs to be picked up within 14 days (unless other arrangements are agreed to prior to receiving your bid or offer) of auction end or storage fees of $10 daily will commence on the 15th day. A mutually agreeable pick up date and time must be arranged. I require at least 24 hour advance notice to accommodate most pick ups. Missing an appointment by you or your transport company to pick up the vehicle will result in an additional $100 fee. Vehicle must be picked up in Dalton Wisconsin.
