Description

1960 25' CC Cavalier Custom Cruiser. New transom replaced with Sapele 7 layer plywood and 5 cts. Interlux Schooner varnish. Bottom and hullsides have been sanded to bare wood and clear penetrating epoxy applied, then 5 cts Interlux 2000E barrier coat and 3 coats copper bronze bottom paint. Hullsides have 3 cts Interlux Bright side. Brightwork(Varnished Wood Decks/Trim) still needs sanded and varnished. Temporary floor in cabin is 3/4" pressure treated plywood,painted with Kilz. Swim deck, 3/4 enclosure, 2 New bilge pumps, Cutlass bearing, rudder gland and shaft log freshly packed. SBC 283 parts on mid 70s 305 short block. Original 40 amp generator/Water pump rebuilt, new impellors and gaskets. Freshly rebuilt Edelbrock Carb. Lowrance "Hook Series" 6 GPS/Fishfinder w/ transducer installed.Full V-berth, head, kitchen sink and counter, dinette folds down to bed, dorm style refrigerator. 30amp shore power. Sorry, no trailer. This is an original Grand Lake, OK boat.I have copy of owners manual and engine maintenance manual. Lots of extras, life jackets, mahogany planks, sapele plywood "drop" from transom, small chrome pieces, varnish, and thinners. Project is 65%. This IS a running, driving project. Enjoy it while you restore it. Note that it is an unfinished project. It does have some rot repairs, last 5 pics are outside/inside view of repairs needed. Corner of driver windshield/inside of cabin, backseat, and toe rail. 3 spots in total. Clean title in my name. Currently slipped at Port Carlos, East side of cove.
