Rack stored and heated storage on FRESHWATER ONLY since new. 496 Mercruiser Bravo 3 outdrive w/ stainless props and closed cooling. ONLY 350.2 Hours. Upgraded stereo w/ Alpine head unit, driver and stern remote, all JL Audio speakers, Amps, and 10" Subwoofer. Loaded with most options including docking, transom lighting, all filler cushions, dinette table, pump out head (never used), dual battery and switch, OEM leather case w/ factory docs, SS flagpole and mount, and remote outdrive tilt switch on transom. Boat is in excellent shape with no dock rash and excessive wear on interior. Extensive maintenance records from storing dealer since new. Title is in hand and ready to go.
